LET'S TALK TASTE
This is a homage both to my heritage and to Bushwick Tea’s neighbors in Jackson Heights, Queens, NY, who, in this lively Indian community, delight in the health promoting properties of turmeric and ginger. These invigorating flavors are so prevalent in Indian and Asian culinary traditions. This is no ordinary G&T!
WHAT'S REALLY BEHIND THE NAME?
When you're Indian like me, turmeric, ginger and spices run through your veins before you're even born. Your mum makes sure it's in everything. America has Ibuprofen, India has Turmeric [as do most Asian cuisines].

WHAT ARE THE SACHETS AND PACKAGING MADE OF ?
Our sachets are plant-based. We only use a NON-GMO sugarcane based compostable sachet that is sealed ultrasonically [without glue] attached to a string and paper. This tea bag (sachet) can be commercially composted.
The sachets are available in a resealable standup pouch. The standup pouch is recyclable.
The individually wrapped (black wrapper) is recyclable and has foil barrier to maintain freshness and comes in a corrugated box.
