All our items are shipped from Bushwick Brooklyn. We are located in Brooklyn, NY 11206. Standard Shipping is Free to the lower 48s.

All online retail orders and wholesale orders are shipped by UPS ground. 

We ship by UPS daily if orders are received by 1pm EST [M-F] 

We do not ship international at this time, but make exceptions in certain cases. 

Orders will typically arrive in 2-5 business days. 

Once your order is passed along to a shipping carrier, there is little Bushwick Tea can do, since it's in the hands of the shipping carrier.

We will not be responsible to pay for returned packages.  Please double check your address at checkout (Apartment Number, City, Zip etc). This will help  avoid unnecessary delays in shipping.
