All our items are shipped from Brooklyn, NY 11201. Standard Shipping is Free over $25, and a flat $5 otherwise.

We normally use USPS Priority / First Class and UPS ground to ship.

All wholesale business orders are shipped by UPS ground. 

We do not ship international at this time. 

Orders will typically arrive in 2-7 business days. 

Once your order is passed along to a shipping carrier, there is little Bushwick Tea can do, since it's in the hands of the shipping carrier.

We will not responsible to pay for returned packages.  Please double check your address at checkout (Apartment Number, City, Zip etc). This will help  avoid unnecessary delays.
