Refund Policy

Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your items If you are unhappy with your purchase. Your happiness is important to us and we understand that we all have different taste buds. We would extend a refund to you in the form of online-store credit/refund back to your card or exchange.  Please email orders@bushwicktea.com and let's have a chat and help you out.

Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Bushwick Tea can provide a paid return label, but it will be deducted from the final refund once items are received and inspected.
