My older brother lives in Murray Hill not far from K-Town, so our meeting point usually ends up being in K-Town. He's a noodle guy and i'm a curry guy. No tea story or drunk Karaoke nights on this one.

Use spring or filtered water for best results. For this tea we steeped it in hot water (not boiling mind you) for just 45 seconds and it has a kind of sweetness, with little to no astringency

WHAT ARE THE SACHETS AND PACKAGING MADE OF ?
Great question. Our sachets are plant-based. We only use a NON-GMO sugarcane based compostable bag that is sealed ultrasonically [without glue] attached to a string and paper. This tea bag can be commercially composted. If you purchase the sachets in the individually wrapped format that are recyclable they come with a foil barrier to preserve freshness.
